Raffles Istanbul – Now Open
The prestigious Raffles hotel group has made a grand entrance in Turkey with its latest addition, Raffles Istanbul. This luxurious property boasts 132 rooms and 49 suites, each featuring a contemporary design with traditional Turkish elements. The renowned design firm Hirsch Bedner Associates, known for their work on the Alpina Gstaad in Switzerland and the Jing An Shangri-La in Shanghai, crafted the interiors. Culinary delights are provided by Michelin-starred chef Sergi Arola, who oversees one of the hotel’s two restaurants. Guests can unwind in the wellness center, which includes nine massage rooms, a sauna, and a steam room, all with stunning views of the Bosphorus Strait.
Four Seasons Hotel Moscow – Opening October 30
The new Four Seasons Hotel in Moscow pays homage to the historic Hotel Moskva. Originally commissioned in the 1930s by Stalin’s government, the building became a central hub for Soviet political and cultural leaders and hosted numerous international celebrities. The new hotel is a modern replica developed with the help of Richmond International, featuring 180 rooms and suites, including the expansive 520-square-meter Pozharsky Royal Suite. The hotel also offers dining experiences led by David Hemmerle, former chef at the Cristal Room Baccarat in Paris and Moscow’s Carré Blanc.
The Beaumont London – Opening in October
This fall, the renowned restaurateurs Jeremy King and Chris Corbin will debut their first hotel, The Beaumont, in London’s Mayfair. The hotel features 73 rooms, including 23 suites, and the unique “The ROOM” suite with an exterior sculpture by artist Antony Gormley. Guests can also choose the presidential suite with five rooms. The Beaumont offers multiple dining options, a spa, and a gym, ensuring a comprehensive luxury experience.
La Réserve Paris Hotel and Spa – Opening in December
The new La Réserve Paris, located near the Champs-Elysées, continues the tradition of elegance set by its counterparts in Geneva and the South of France. Designed by Jacques Garcia, the hotel offers 40 rooms, including 25 suites ranging from 50 to 225 square meters. The five-star hotel includes four presidential suites and 15 rooms of at least 40 square meters, offering views of the Jardins de l’Elysée and the Grand Palais. The spa features a 16-meter indoor pool, steam room, fitness area, and three massage rooms.
W Bogota Hotel – Opening December 12
Starwood Hotels is capitalizing on Bogota’s resurgence as a tourist destination with the new W Bogota Hotel. The hotel features 168 rooms, including 33 suites and the opulent “Extreme Wow” presidential suite. Designed by Studio Gaia, the interiors draw from the legend of El Dorado, blending traditional Colombian elements with contemporary style. Guests can enjoy a 3000-square-meter fitness center, a restaurant, a spa, a lounge, and several conference rooms.
Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach – Opening December 1
The Four Seasons group is opening its first hotel in the UAE, the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. Unlike the typically extravagant hotels in the region, this resort has only four floors, though it still offers luxurious amenities. Designed by WATG, the resort features Spanish-Mediterranean architecture with Arabic accents, such as Murano glass staircase handrails. The hotel includes 237 rooms and suites, with two presidential suites of 510 square meters each. A secluded villa in the property’s gardens will open later.
