Four Seasons Resorts Introduces Rapid 15-Minute Room Service
Four Seasons Resorts has introduced a new in-room dining option tailored for travelers who are short on time. This innovative service promises delivery to guests’ rooms within 15 minutes of placing an order. The expedited service will be implemented in all Four Seasons hotels worldwide by the end of the year, with each location offering its own unique take on quick, high-quality meals.
“Whether you need to quickly refuel after a workout or want to enjoy a meal while watching a beautiful sunset, the 15-Minute Room Service provides swift and delicious dining options for those who need them immediately,” says Christopher Hunsberger, Executive Vice President of Global Product and Innovation at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. “It’s also perfect for guests on the move. Ideally, every meal would be savored leisurely, but sometimes we just need to eat quickly—and there’s no reason that food can’t be freshly prepared, made from quality ingredients, and absolutely delicious.”
Each Four Seasons hotel has crafted its own gourmet menu, drawing from local flavors and ingredients. For example, the Four Seasons Hong Kong offers wonton noodle soup with Chinese greens. In contrast, the Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire provides traditional ploughman’s lunch and English-style nachos topped with Winchester cheese and chive crème fraîche.
Some menu items are designed for guests on the go, complying with airline security requirements, and can be delivered to guests as they depart. For instance, the Four Seasons Resorts Scottsdale at Troon North features a “portable lunch” that includes a tequila-lime chicken wrap with slaw, kettle chips, iced tea, and a chocolate chip cookie.
By the end of the year, guests at any Four Seasons hotel can expect to enjoy this swift, high-quality room service, whether they are in a rush or simply prefer a quick, gourmet meal.
