Four Seasons Announces First Resort in Croatia

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has revealed plans to launch their inaugural resort on the island of Hvar in Croatia. The Four Seasons Resort Hvar Croatia is slated to welcome guests starting in 2019.
Situated on a prime waterfront location at Brizenica Bay along the Dalmatian coast, this resort will include a 120-room Four Seasons hotel and a luxurious residential community. The residential area will feature 60 private residences, ranging from one and two-bedroom units to expansive villas with three to five bedrooms.
Riad Meliti, CEO of Arqaam Capital, the company developing the resort, stated, “We are developing a natural sanctuary within a picturesque and secluded enclave, nestled in one of the most beautiful and private bays on the Dalmatian Coast. Four Seasons was a natural partner for us due to their shared commitment to elegance, unparalleled service, and luxury. Their long-standing reputation, strong and consistent brand, and unwavering dedication to the highest standards made them the perfect choice.”
The resort will boast its own private bay, multiple swimming pools, including private infinity pools, a state-of-the-art spa and fitness center, a variety of dining options including restaurants, cafes, and bars, retail boutiques, as well as conference and banqueting facilities.
The announcement of this new resort marks Four Seasons’ exciting entry into the Croatian market. More updates will be provided as they become available.
